These terms cover the Making Easy Money Academy bot and everything it runs in this server: lessons, quizzes, badges, the daily challenge, the Live Chart Lab Activity, and the MEM ALGO simulator. By enrolling or using any Academy command, button, or Activity, you agree to these terms, to Discord’s Terms of Service, and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Education only — not financial advice
Everything in the Academy is general education. Nothing here is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. We don’t know your finances or your goals. Trading stocks and options involves risk, including losing all of the money you put in. Every decision you make with real money is yours alone.
2. Simulations are not real results
Charts, examples, replays, the daily challenge, and MEM ALGO signals are simulations for learning. Paper results and backtests are hypothetical. They leave out real fees and slippage, can be wrong, and do not predict future results. Market data can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.
3. Who can use the Academy
You must meet Discord’s minimum age and follow its rules. Some lessons, modules, or features are tied to server roles, including paid membership roles. If you lose a role, you lose the access that comes with it.
4. Fair use
Don’t:
- script, automate, or exploit the bot, its buttons, or the Activity
- farm XP, streaks, badges, or leaderboard spots with alternate accounts or bugs
- share someone else’s progress or quiz results without their consent
- harass other members or post spam in Academy channels
- try to reach data, commands, or systems you aren’t meant to use
If you find a bug, report it. Don’t use it.
5. Our content
Academy lessons, quizzes, charts, audio, and artwork are original work owned by Making Easy Money / StockMarketLoop. You can use them to learn. You may not copy, repost, resell, or republish them anywhere else without written permission.
6. Availability
The Academy is provided “as is.” We work to keep it running, but it can be down, slow, or changed at any time. We may add, edit, or remove lessons, badges, and features. We may reset progress when fixing errors or abuse.
7. Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Making Easy Money / StockMarketLoop is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect damages that come from using the Academy or relying on its content.
8. Suspension
We can limit or remove your Academy access, or remove progress gained unfairly, if you break these terms or the server rules.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the Academy after that, you accept the update.
