These terms govern your use of Stockmarketloop.com. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Not investment advice

This is the most important section. Please read it.

Stockmarketloop is a discussion platform and information service. Nothing on this site is investment advice.

We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
Posts, sentiment votes, leaderboards, “heat” scores, watchlists, articles and any other content are opinion and general information only.
Market data may be delayed and may contain errors. Do not rely on it for trading decisions.
Other users are strangers on the internet. Some may hold positions in the securities they discuss. Some may be wrong. Some may be deliberately misleading.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including total loss of capital. Past performance does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Consult a licensed financial professional before investing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Stockmarketloop. By creating an account you confirm that you are.

3. Your account

You sign in through a third-party provider (Google, Facebook, or Discord). You are responsible for keeping that account secure.
One account per person. Do not create accounts to evade a suspension.
You are responsible for everything done through your account.
Do not impersonate another person, a company, or a public figure.
Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Stockmarketloop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce and distribute that content on and in connection with the site. This licence exists so we can operate the platform, and it ends when you delete the content, except for copies already made in backups or shared by others.

You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

5. Rules of conduct

You may not use Stockmarketloop to:

Market manipulation and fraud

Engage in “pump and dump” schemes or coordinated efforts to artificially move a security’s price
Post content you know to be false in order to influence a security’s price
Promote a security in exchange for undisclosed payment or other compensation
Promote securities while concealing a position you intend to sell into the resulting interest

If you are being compensated in any form to promote a security, you must clearly disclose it in your post. Undisclosed paid promotion of securities may also violate federal securities law, independent of these terms.

Other prohibited conduct

Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Post hateful content targeting people based on protected characteristics
Post spam, unsolicited advertising, or repetitive content
Post sexual, violent, or otherwise unlawful material
Impersonate anyone
Infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, or other rights
Scrape, crawl, or bulk-collect data without our written permission
Attempt to breach, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the site or its security
Use bots or automation to inflate views, votes, engagement, or advertising impressions
Solicit others to manage their money, or offer personalized investment advice, unless properly licensed and clearly disclosed

6. Moderation

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice. We are not obligated to monitor content, and we do not endorse anything users post.

7. Third-party content and links

The site displays content from third parties, including market data, embedded videos, news headlines, and advertising. We do not control it and are not responsible for its accuracy or availability. Links to other sites are not endorsements.

8. Advertising

The site displays advertising. Advertisers do not endorse, and are not endorsed by, the content around their ads. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them.

9. Availability

The site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stockmarketloop is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of market data or user content.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stockmarketloop and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stockmarketloop and its operators from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your use of the site, or your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy or https://stockmarketloop.com/data-deletion/.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. Sections 1, 4, 10, 11, 12 and 15 survive termination.

14. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on Stockmarketloop infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to [email protected] including:

Identification of the copyrighted work
Identification of the infringing material and where it is on the site
Your contact information
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
Your physical or electronic signature

We remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use Stockmarketloop after changes take effect means you accept them.
